As a doula, I offer emotional support, foster trust, and seek to create a safe space where we honor your strength. I will walk alongside you as you enter this next chapter of Motherhood.

I believe in the power of birth—and the power of women.

My unique journey through motherhood has awakened my passion for guiding other women to experience pregnancy and birth to its fullest potential and unlock the mother that’s already inside.

My first birth was unmedicated in a hospital, revealing to me the incredible strength women carry in birth. My second birth, a stillbirth at 19 weeks, opened my heart and intuition, teaching me to trust and surrender. My third birth, at home, ignited a fire in my soul—the same fire I want every mother to catch. My fourth birth? That’s when I knew, deep down, that any woman can birth her baby in her own power.

I believe birth works. I believe women are capable. I believe our bodies are wise. Birth is meant to change us from the inside out. The way we birth is the way we step into motherhood. Every woman deserves to be supported, witnessed, and held in that space.

Schedule

What to expect:

    • 1 introductory visit to discuss your birth plan

    • 3 additional visits throughout your pregnancy to deeply get to know one another

    • unlimited text/call support

    • on-call twenty-four hours from 38 weeks until you give birth

    • present at labor / birth as soon as you want

    • immediate postpartum support through the first 1-2 hours after birth

    • a visit 24 hours after birth that can include food, breastfeeding support, or house chores depending on what you need

    • unlimited text support through your first 6 weeks postpartum

    • additional visits as needed

    • Answers to all of your pregnancy/birth/motherhood-related questions during our visits or via text/call

    • I also offer additional resources, such as an unmedicated hospital birth guide (available for free), along with a self-paced birth education program. Click here to check them out!

    • I charge an all-inclusive rate of $1200 for my prenatal and birth doula services
